Coaches at the end of each season, are required to enter player gradings on their teams Power Up website page, which is only seen by club administrators and this is used to balance future teams.  This is to ensure not all A+ players are put onto one team, instead players of all skill levels are equally spread over all teams.

Our Power Up registration site generates a fair roster of teams, then the club administrators review the teams and make manual adjustments to the teams to ensure:

1. Siblings are rostered to the same team.
2. Coach’s, Assistant Coach’s and team managers/trainers children are all on the same team.
3. Equal proportion of boys/girls on all co-ed teams.
4. Children of sponsors are on the team that they sponsored.
5. Goalies are assigned to each team. At times, there is a goalie shortage which means players all have to take turns playing goalkeeper in a game(s).
6. Special requests that are approved.

Player evaluation sessions, if needed, are scheduled before the start of a season to allow for administrators and coaches to grade players before teams are rostered either through Power Up or by way of coaches selection.
